Goat Cheese and Chive Risotto



I made this for Dinner tonight and it was delicious!!!! Enjoy and hope you love the picture.

Ingredients:
2 cups Arborio Rice
2 Shallots minced
4 garlic cloves minced
1 carton Wolfgang Pucks Chicken stock
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoons goat cheese
2 tablespoons fresh chives
1/2 cup Parmesan pecorino cheese
salt to taste
