Apple Tartine

I've never been into making desserts since my sister is the baker in the family but its about time I learned. Two years ago I took a class with my favorite vegetarian Chef Teressa in Bastille France. The other day I decided to put my fears aside and make this beautiful apple tartine. I also made a pear tartine. You can accompany it fresh whip cream or creme fraiche
