I didn't feel like firing up my grill nor turning on my oven since it was already 90 degrees in my house. Instead of paying $8 for a jar of roasted bell peppers, spend $2 and do it yourself. Just place the bell pepper on the flame and turn with tongs every few minutes until you get the perfect char.
